1.tekan 插件：新版没登录cpl导致会被旧版覆盖，明明我已安装新版

点更新显示出错: [404] Cannot find plugin $:/plugins/ooktech/dynamic-tables

3.更新tiddlymap 从0.17.8到0.17.18 会导致tiddlywiki彻底崩溃无法使用

preview-glass 先别用了，插件在新版太微上失效了。我最近不怎么用它的功能，所以都没修。

tiddlymap 应该也是插件的问题吧？
