I'd like to switch to GPL (currently: MIT), also for tidyfun.

I'm currently looking at including some GPL licensed code (taken from Hastie's softImpute) for incomplete-data-SVD so we can have at least a basic FPCA for slightly irregular data, & I think that would not be entirely legal otherwise...

Would that be ok?
