@fabian-s Is it possible to share the activity data? https://github.com/tidyfun/tidyfun/blob/dev/data-raw/chf_df.R#L16

not my data -- calling @jeff-goldsmith

jeff, we talked about a larger data repo at some point & you've analyzed lots of interesting functional data in your published work. could we include some of them here?

Is there an update if you can use the raw-data (activity.csv and covariate.csv) from the chf_df dataset?

There shouldn't be any issue using those data -- they're taken from "Multilevel Matrix-Variate Analysis and its Application to Accelerometry-Measured Physical Activity in Clinical Populations", and are publicly available. That's not my paper, but I think as long as we attribute the source properly it should be fine!
