Racket v8.13 release notes (& other issue)

Hi there! I'm totally abusing the github issue system in order to get in touch with you; I'm John Clements, release manager for Racket, and since you contributed to the Racket v8.13 release, I'd very much like to include you in the release notes. My best guess at your name is "Tim Standen". Does that sound right?

On a totally unrelated note, I was looking for information on you, and in the main.js file in this repository, the tail end of the file looks very much like it contains some non-public information. Maybe you want to remove this? Perhaps I'm mistaken.
