Adding Arithmetic Info

Hi! First, I have to say your book on time crate is really helping me in managing dates :)

I saw that some parts are missing(probably you didn't have time to complete it and that's absolutely fine rs).

I would like to know how can I help you in adding more info into the book. I'm a beginner at Rust and books/docs like yours really helps the Rustaceans in early life(like me) and I want to contribute with that!

I was doing some Exercism tasks and one of them uses Arithmetic in time crate. Maybe we can continue from there, what do you think?

I have no problem with additions being made! I almost certainly could have filled out the book over time, but obviously that never happened. I don't have any particular guidance aside from providing the knowledge that it uses mdbook, though. The existing structure is what I originally envisioned, but feel free to create your own structure if you prefer.
