Hello. Recently I began an MSUD tracker of my own, (here) and later found this one on GitHub. I am curious to know what enviroment it runs in and what build tools I need to build it.

This is great! Unfortunately I wasn't able to completely finish this app, so yours will probably be in far better shape than mine (if it isn't already).

I kind of created a very lightweight MVC-style framework in JavaScript for this (as kind of a side project). This was a long time ago, so from what I can see, my modules aren't really playing well together anymore (jQuery colorbox doesn't seem to be launching, for instance).

From the root of the repo, the following should work to kind of get it running:
npm install
node_modules/.bin/webpack-dev-server --config webpack.config.dev.js

From what I can see from your repo, I think you use the same food database as I did.

I hope you get this released and it helps a lot of people! Let me know if you have any questions that I might be able to answer, and please keep me in the loop when you get this published!

I'm still working on it :) today I demonstrated it to my aunt, but still have some work to do; the main problem being that it doesn't scale nicely. I'll try  to get back to you in 3-4 weeks with updates. And not to invade on your privacy, but, are you Dr Timothy Kelly, and would you have worked with the Clinic for Special Children?
