pyschedule only works with PuLP 2.0

Helllo,
Thanks for the amazing library, I had issues with the library after installing with pip, installing with pip install very latest version of PuLP, but this recent version doesn't work, I had to roll back to a version 2.0, It would be helpful for other too, if you can set the version of the PuLP to 2.0 in your requirements.txt or the depends one.
