[Feat Request] add -disable-snapshot flag

I have a scheduled task which every day creates a snapshot of Cluster Shared Volumes on S2D with Diskshadow and keeps last 7 snapshots of each volume.
I would like to expose (mount) the last snapshot as drive Z: and create a backup of its files to PBS. If I'm trying to do that now I'm getting error that Snapshots are not supported. I think it's normal because VSS part is already done earlier.
Because it's a snapshot I'm sure that no file will be opened and it would be safe to skip "Creating VSS Snapshot..." part
