Feature request: It would be great if it were possible that the logger rolls log files after the file size is larger than a given size. e.g. If the log file is server.log and max size is 500MB, server.log becomes server.log.1 and server.log start fresh again. Also, command line query tool accepts any number of log files as input.

By the way it's a great idea to be able to query log files. I've been using couple of packages of yours so far (all of them great) and would like to thank you sharing. Hopefully I can contribute one day soon.

you could use something like logrotate to do this
