I am getting this error with IISNode version of iis 7.x (x64) full 0.1.19.0 and windows OS version of 'Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard' and node version of 'v16.20.0'.
@tjanczuk Could you please help me whether all these versions are comaptiable to each other?
Your immediate resposne is greatly appreciated.

You were installing an ancient version, so anything can happen.

This repo is no longer monitored if you read the readme file. You should read the summary and probably migrate to an alterntive solution,
