tke-installer :Cluster.platform.tkestack.io "global" already exists

What happened: when i do this according the docs ,it appeared on the web UI page:Cluster.platform.tkestack.io "global" already exists

What you expected to happen: run the tke-installer once all things done

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): i don't kown but the first time i type the "安装" there was nothing happend ,so i retyped it many times,is this ?

Anything else we need to know?: how do i known that when i type the "安装' anything is ok, there is nothing i can see after that

Environment: centos7

• TKE version: 1.9.0
• Global or business cluster: all-in-one
• Kubernetes version (use kubectl version): maybe 1.23,the tke default
• Install addons: none
• Others: none
