After updating the whole toolset the README, GETTING_STARTED and COOKBOOK_DEVELOPMENT guides need an update

The guides are outdated and will be removed from the repo. A copy has been put on the Wiki:

https://github.com/tknerr/bills-kitchen/wiki/Cookbook-Development-Guide-(outdated)

Instead of keeping the guides up-to-date I would rather focus on adding more acceptance tests which serve the same purpose

The readme is being completely overhauled in the update-docs branch.
