My goal is to determine the differences and similarities of RNA's m6A modifications between two cell lines (cancerous and non-cancerous). Is it possible to do so with Nanocompore or can it only analyse the same cell lines (knock-out vs wild-type)?

Hi @tleonardi,
My goal is to determine the differences and similarities of RNA's m6A modifications between two cell lines (cancerous and non-cancerous). Is it possible to do so with Nanocompore or can it only analyse the same cell lines (knock-out vs wild-type)?
Thank You!
Rytis
