Plugin loading does not work on Linux

After clicking "Add a plugin" and selecting a WASM file, the extension closes and the plugin is not loaded

You can work around this issue by navigating to
chrome-extension://bhelaofoffdfjcjhdnkgbgmbdambmgkk/popup.html

If you run a local build of the extension, you can get the id by opening the Details of the TLSNotary in chrome://extensions; the id will show up in the address bar.
