Checklist for updating main to v1.3.1:

  • Bump version in setup.py
  • Add changelog for v1.3.1
  • Create release
  • Push release to conda-forge
  • E-mail tobac mailing list

I'm planning on tackling all of these issues, but I want to make notes on this process here (and also to make sure that I haven't forgotten anyone).
