Weird behaviour when modifying blocks from outside Blocksuite

Hi there =)
i created a small NodeJs Backend that is capable of sending Y.Doc updates via a "liveblocks" websocket.

My Problem is now, when i modify a existing block ex:

The Block structure is exactly the same as before, i only changed the value.

Is there some metadata i have to set?

Could you share how do you update the block? For example, are you using the updateBlock API?
