Custom Editor and Custom Views

I was wondering if there were any guides on how to create a custom editor or custom views/widgets using a frontend framework such as Svelte. I've been combing through the source code but I'm not sure how the views on custom specs are rendered and props kept in sync. A barebones example in any framework would be greatly appreciated!
