Here you'll find a Youtube subscriber and video view counter. The implementation is pretty straightforward, but make sure you update the code with your channel ID as well as your API key.
You can get your channel ID from the URL to your Youtube channel. If you need help getting your Youtube API key, here is a good tutorial.
