User story: When I attempt to add a Collected Data record to my indicator, I want the system to make sure I've entered an achieved value, so that the correct value appears in my indicator tracking reports.

This story affects: The Collected Data form accessed from the Indicators page by clicking on the Edit or New Data button.

Description: The Achieved form field is asterisked as requiring user input. However, the system automatically inserts a value of 0.00 into the corresponding text box. When the user submits the form, the system validates the field as complete (with a value of 0.00), even if the user has taken no action on that field.

Requested change: Going forward, the system should no longer automatically insert a value of 0.00 into the Achieved field.

Note: We do NOT want to change the Achieved value of any data records that have already been submitted. This change should only apply to new records.

Hi @jennyhavah This issue appears to deal with the Community Edition front end and as such is deprecated in our TolaData repository. You can submit this to either the Mercy Corps repository now to be dealt with immediately, or wait until the second week of December and submit it to the new CE repository that will be announced then. Thanks
