I would pay for such a service. It's quite cheap and we are save that they are not going to blacklist or have problems anytime.

Lets look at Amazon SES since it's the most likely to be EU privacy shield compliant

A simple email notification was created and the SendGrid is being set up.
We still need a better email template (TEXT + HTML) to send such kind of message.
