Track table not created on publish if there are special characters in an Activity Form

Current behavior

If a user creates a form in Activity with UTF-8 characters, like an umlaut, and clicks publish, the Table is not created in Track.

Expected behavior

Track Tables should be created on Form publish, even if they have special UTF-8 characters like a umlaut

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create an Activity Form with a umlaut character in the title
2. Click Publish
3. See error and Table is not created
