In dependencies leaflet directive uses jQuery 2.1
but officially supported only version >= 1.7 <= 1.9
https://docs.angularjs.org/misc/faq

If I use jQuery 2.1 with ng-view it causes memory leaks

The same is here
angular/angular.js#8061
