Double Check Logic

I need some more "seasoned" Qiskit developers to review my logic to see if there is a flaw in it. It technically shouldn't work because of the no communication theory but strangely does. So have I introduced a flaw into the logic with my quantum walk routine where I put the quantum teleported copy of the cubit's movement in superposition? The resulting interference pattern that created was the simplest way I imagined to cause a detectable change to (by inducing phase changes from my original entangled cubit).
