Setting the keepalived SELinux boolean on the initial state.apply fails, but succeeds on the following highstate

      ID: keepalived_connect_any
Function: selinux.boolean
  Result: False
 Comment: State 'selinux.boolean' was not found in SLS 'kubeadm.install.keepalived'
          Reason: 'selinux' __virtual__ returned False
 Changes:

Change harmless logging to info level
