Save reviews when OR is down

I was asked to log an issue here by Topcoder support regarding ticket.

My issue was that I had completed my review and when I clicked "Save for later" I got an error page.
So I clicked the Back button on my browser but all my review notes were missing. OR was down and none of the links were working.
I came back after a while when OR was up again and had to redo the review.

If the OR is down, then I guess there is no way to save reviews.
But is it possible to auto save reviews at a configured interval?
Or save reviews in the users browser storage? This way the review is not lost even if OR is down.
