Add an option to include page numbers in the joined document

Make this an option, if there is no page numbering yet in the single files. Up to now I have to separately add pag numbers to the final document in an online tool. This works, but is an extra step. Annoying.

German long:

Eine Option, die das Ziel-PDF mit Seitennummern versieht. Bisher mache ich das nachträglich mit einem Online-Tool. Das ist etwas lästig.
