Can't upload a 11.6MB torrent #13

I can't upload this torrent to the demo site:

billion-dollar-nft-torrent.zip

There is a hardcoded limit (10MB) in the Index:

    router
        .layer(DefaultBodyLimit::max(10_485_760))

That should be a config option.
