Add Reminder Text to Game lobby about the Solo Variant

Whenever a New Game is Created add a description or mouse over reminder text to radio button for Solo
Menu/Lobby Options otherwise new players will not realize that AI opponent does not follow standard rules for human opponent. Easy to miss that SOLO is a variant from the rulebook using special rules.

maybe it should be good idea to add just text reminder in dto when somebody starts a solo game that opponent follows special rules, check rulebook page xx

@TRIMM think kempy makes a good point, maybe something to consider, like adding a description pop up or something similar when you mouse over the radio button for deciding to go with solo play or even a text display somewhere on the screen before you hit start game in a solo lobby? Using that reminder text he mentioned?
