Describe the bug
When Marcia is used on opponents Bilton Collection Agency, it is not considered to be controlled by Marcia which means only deeds belonging to Marcia's player are available for selection.

Additional context
It is very difficult to solve this because even though there is effect allowing Marcia to use the ability, there is a condition in the ability checking the controller which still is the opponent.
The solution probably will be to introduce another effect setting another controller for abilities, and to have a special method to compare controllers in which the effect will be tested. However, afterwards all cards comparing controllers in some way will have to be updated to use this new method.
