Livery Stable and Dispatch Office

Both cards are core cards. Both cards flag their respective decks as INVALID in the DTO deckbuilder

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 'Create a new deck.'
2. 'Paste decklist from dtdb with any Entrepreneurs outfit starting Livery Stable. OR Paste decklist from dtdb with any Law Dogs outfit starting Dispatch Office.'
3. 'Deck will show as INVALID "Starting non-Core Deed.'
4. See error

Additional context
Both deeds need whatever coding would allow it to be recognized as a CORE deed and be startable without flagging the deck builder prompt to show the deck as invalid.
