Data Export to include all fields

How can I include all fields in the object when exporting data, without using fields(all)?
I am currently using a Mac, but the Windows shortcut keystrokes mentioned don't seem to work on my device.

For some users, other extensions were interfering with the command.
Could you test on a new chrome profile with only reloaded extension installed ?
