Sidebar以外をどうするかを決めたいです

現状useIsMobileを呼んでるのが

sidebarの有無 (開けるかどうかを含む) → 消してもよさそう？
質問の詳細画面の右側の表示が下に行くかどうか → 下じゃなくてもよさそう？
質問の詳細画面のドロップダウンの表示 (これはそもそも改善の余地がありそう) → そもそも改善していい感じにする
質問への回答画面の回答ボタンの表示が下に来る (そもそもの改善の余地がありそう) → 下に行ってもよさそう
