Preview calculations under "Settings for Detector" pane do not stop #2

Trackmate does not cease "Detection..." processes started by clicking Preview in "Settings for Detector: LoG" window do not cease after clicking the back arrow. (As determined by ongoing CPU utilization).

It also looks as if the preview tries to find spots in all frames rather than just the current one.

It also looks like the preview's segmentations are not re-used when "doing the real thing". Let's cache the detections for all the frames we perfromed them, and only blow them away when the parameters were changed by the user (and only fill in the blanks when needed).

I cannot reproduce with TrackMate v2.1.1.
The preview button does compute the spots for only one time-point and show this this one.
@gdreynolds: I think you just met the problem you reported later: the image you trying to feed has the wrong dimensions and Zs and Ts are exchanged.

@dscho: Indeed you are right: the preview results are not re-used. I have found this difficult to implement. Do you feel like doing it for v2.2.0? I planned on releasing it when imglib2 beta increments.
