add email option to Trip Planner and Plan/Details Page?

Seems like it would be very useful to have an "email me" option in the Trip Planner widget. This would allow a user to email themselves a link that would load up directions to a Trailhead or Trip from their phone or computer.

Should implement this on T&T as well from the details and plan pages. For folks registered and logged in, then it could just be a button. For folks that are not registered, we could have option to add email, similar to Prep.A.Trip draft widget.

Compiling these emails might be interesting over time for a number of things.
