ssh-tunnel per user ssh configs don't specify the custom algo port #14703

By default algo customizes the sshd port to 4160 this has to be manually specified when using the ssh-tunnel ssh_configs:

$ ssh -F ./user.ssh_config algo -p 4160

Whereas the generic server ssh_config ( not for any particular user's tunnel ) includes a Port 4160 directive.
