A walkthrough is needed

I tried to run the code with the example dataset. Though I dont expect to have any meaningful results, I just want to see it run for testing purposes. Unfortunately, the preprocessing steps require ICD codes which was not provided in the sample set. I could not find it via Google either. It would be great to have runable examples. Or a detailed format of the input dataset to LSTM (so I can mimic it) would be very much appreciated.

I second this. The workflow instructions reference to other files that are not included in the code.
