Details for files:
The majority of Stage Cels appear to be in the raw cel format, with what is possibly special files that are wrappers made by the devs instead of using Anims/tiles. Possibly just a list of individual cels. "Caf" is their extension.

As for the characters, they all appear to be in the same special wrapper.
