Generate 100 wallets and transfer them 1 NFT
Have each wallet sign a meta-tx to transfer their NFT to the next wallet
Submit all of these using the admin wallet + relayer service (GSN/Torus/Biconomy)
Record the time it takes for every tx to confirm
