Decay block exclusions not working. #93

Block decay is not recognizing exclusions. All blocks are being decayed including a number that should never be decayed:

Grass
Dirt
Logs
Leaves
Water (standing and flowing)
Schematic specific excluded blocks (hard clay and fence for cranes is one example)
