is there an alternative to install jbrowse module in Tripal 4?

Hello, thank you for your interest! This module will be updated to Tripal 4 as soon as the core Tripal has become stable enough. Currently, we are waiting on the fields/jobs/chado functionality in core to be completed and then we'll get started on the upgrade of this module. This module is used on our sites and is a big priority for us.
