Download / View map from json formatting

We want to be able to click a button on the GCS which outputs JSON we can save to a file, then we should be able to use another button to load the JSON to make the map look like how it did previously.

The JSON should be in this formatting: You can use these files to test loading / compare your output.

You can possibly look at the old gcs code and modify the code that we used to generate these files. However, there never was an implementation to load the JSON so you'll have to start from scratch for that.
