I've created a transparent window with custom decoration/chrome, and when I drag it from the primary monitor to a secondary monitor (on 64-bit Windows 8.1), most of the DOM elements go transparent. If I drag it back to the primary monitor once again, it seems to lose all mouse events. This is with Tint 1.6.7.
