support decompilation to compact syntax

Now that #79 is closed, it is possible to update the decompiler to support compact syntax.
It should be configurable whether lowlevel or compact syntax shall be used.
If compact syntax is chosen, bar lines should also be configurable.
If bar lines are configured as well, the maximum bar line tolerance should be configurable.
Default values:

• syntax: compact
• bar lines: yes
• bar line tolerance: 0
