[TON]: Add support for TON NFT

Wallet Core supports the TON native asset and Ton Jettons, but not the TON NFT.

Allow the end-user to transfer TON NFT: ref TEP 62

• Extend the Protobuf protocol: TheOpenNetwork.proto.
• Implement the NFT transferring in src/TheOpenNetwork
