Shovil tool on genome assembly of staph MRSA has 5632 error while on run with the following command
shovill --cpus 6 --gsize 2914567 --minlen 500 --kmers 91 --outdir /Users/antonymasilamanianthonyjohnson/tools/shovillout --force --R1 forward.fq.gz --R2 reverse.fq.gz
