v0.12.2 is the latest

Describe the bug
I was trying to see what is configured for clipboard interaction for Wayland (:config /tunables/clipboard/Wayland) pressing tab multiple times.

Steps to reproduce

  1. open one of attached log files
  2. type :config /tunables/clipboard/Wa
  3. press tab

This was discovered when I tried to investigate another problem: lnav hangs when c is pressed.

Possibly related to build flags of extra-x86-64-v4 ALHP repository.
