lnav runs but display is messed up #1308
Comments
Looks seriously messed up, what's your TERM set to? |
TERM=cygwin. But it's the same in a session to a machine where lnav was installed via apt, and there it looks fine. |
Well, setting TERM to xterm-256color helped quite a bit. The display is now usable, but it still has some glitches. |

I can't install lnav using apt, and I can't build it, due to host restrictions. So I tried just copying the latest Linux binary to my home directory, and it runs! Sadly, the display is messed up, making it less useful than I had hoped.
The attached screenshot shows the problem.
I've looked at lnav's settings and experimented with the ones related to display, but so far no luck. I've tried a few different terminal programs (conemu, mintty) but that didn't help.
Any ideas?
