readme still has a banner section about the old name. This library was renamed 3 years ago, I think it is safe to remove that banner.
there is a 3 month old build error shown in the readme
Other improvements
triaging issues. There are several issues from 2017, that should be looked at
more examples in the documentation
Why did I create this issue
Recently, I was looking for a new translation library for react. I wasn't happy with react-i18next anymore and looked around. Besides lingui-js i also looked at tag and I really like it. However, the issues mentioned above pushed me away from this lib.
I would like to help give this project a makeover by addressing some of the points above myself. I can help out with the documentation and add more tutorials (mainly react). I can also try working through the issues, but I cannot label or close any of them or I don't have enough context for them yet.
Is this something you would like to do for this project @AlexMost ?

Sounds reasonable, those issues can push away many users. I have sent you an invitation to ttag org, will appreciate any help. Glad that you liked the lib, will try to dedicate more time on this project. As far as I see, currently, the main points of improvements are:
Contribution guide
Fix readme (remove old name occurrences).
Fix or close hanging issues.
Doc improvements (fix links, new examples, new articles)
Based on my other issue #225 wondering if this was a dead project, I think ttag could use a little makeover.
Issues or why did I ask if it was dead
