Strange Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 0.0.0.0:443 on LXC (nodered) and VM

I have been trying to track down a recent problem (that is unrelated to these wonderful scripts) and wonder if anyone else has seen it.
All was working fine until I did a recent Proxmox update and used the LXC update script.

I use the Node Red LXC container with a Node (node-red-contrib-alexa-remote2-applestrudel) that listens for Alexa activity and thus allows you to use custom commands.
One Node - On Device Activity - does not fire any more. Checking for errors, I see Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 0.0.0.0:443
I have the firewall on LXC and main PVE turned off.
I also built a VM with latest Debian and saw the same error.
Could it be a change to the LXC or Debian OS?

Has anyone else seen strange networking issues when doing a minor upgrade?
Any thoughts on tracking it down as I am not a linux expert?.
