Hi!
I've been using Chinese support for a while and it is a great add-on.
Suddenly this week it stopped working. Is this a general problem?
Should I try to install it again?

(2 years later) Can you provide more details for what happened? What stopped working? the whole thing? Did you already try to reinstall it?
